Mausoleums when poorly designed will leak eventually either due to lack of insight into the roof configuration, cracked/missing flashing and joints.     We do provide consulting services to both families and cemeteries who wish to examine why a mausoleum is leaking and offer written proposals outlining our suggested remedies.  Often leaks are not readily observed and scaffolding is needed to examine the entire roof to find the exposed joint or failing flashing material.   An annual maintenance program is  is suggested for most older mausoleums in order to protect the entire structure from future water damage.  This prevents expensive damage before they occur.
